Ustabiaz is a a stable of villains who have taken the role of the archenemies of the Best Friends Zaibatsu, each member being the antithesis of one of the Best Friends. Its four members are Takahata as Matt, Plague of Gripes as Pat, Brennan Williams as Woolie, and CrankyConstruct as Liam.

According to Woolie, as said in part 3 of the Demon's Souls playthrough, the Black Otaku council predates the Ustabiaz rivalry, and he consequently has trouble placing his loyalty with his "people" or his "job".
